Part-Time Receptionist, Santa Clara, California, United States
Description

The receptionist will serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately; along with notifying company personnel of visitor arrival. In addition to the basic duties the receptionist’s main priority will be on Data Entry.

Responsibilities
  • Primarily focus on Data Entry
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
Requirements

(US Citizenship is required for this position. Our product is a security product and Federal Law requires that only US Citizens come in contact with our products. All candidates must pass a background check. VeriPic is a drug free, smoke free work environment.)

  • 4 year degree or in progress of obtaining a bachelors
  • Available for Tuesday / Thursday from 8am -5pm
  • Telephone skills, Verbal Communication and Microsoft Office Skills

They enjoy challenges, are highly self-motivated and are responsible for driving sales forward every step of the way in enterprise solution settings.

Responsibilities

Prospecting for new accounts through cold calling and contacting leads generated by the marketing department Identifying customer issues, presenting appropriate solutions through online demonstrations and live site visits and generating proposals (creating quotes and responding to RFPs) that range from $10k to $1M+ Working with multiple people per account to generate demand, drives sales forward and ultimately close Traveling to conferences and customer sites (up to 45%)

Requirements
  • 4 Year University Degree 5+ years of sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and tenacity
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role
  • Positive attitude and can work independently or with a team
Desirable Skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with an ability to problem solve
  • Experience in government sales or enterprise level sales
  • Experience in technical sales and Solution Selling.
