Confirmations

The recipient receives an email with a link and instructions how to retrieve the files. You get confirmations when the recipient receives the documents and files as well as when the recipient opens them up for the first time. Your confirmation is proof of transmission of the eDiscovery package.

Electronic Transmission

There are no CDs to deliver or paper to print out. Everything is delivered electronically safe and secure. This is compatible with Social Distancing since there is no face to face contact between sender and recipient.

The functionality is included in a VeriPic DEM Cloud Edition subscription at no extra cost. The recipient can receive and review the files at no charge with a Free account or upgrade to a Paid account for additional functionality.
